1. Where is My Gift Card?
Retail Rebate Reward reviews submissions in the month following the month in which they were sent. For example, Retail Rebate Reward reviews November vouchers and November receipts that were sent by customers in November ("Sent Month") during the next month ("Review Month"), in this case, the month of December. During the Review Month, Retail Rebate Reward will evaluate your submission. Invalid submissions that do not follow the rules will not result in a gift card being sent. If your submission was invalid, Retail Rebate Reward will email you at the email address we have on record to inform you that your submission was invalid, including an explanation of the reason why it was invalid. If your submission was valid, and followed the program rules, Retail Rebate Reward will send you a notification email which will include a link you can use to choose your gift card. You are then able to choose from (1) a $25.00 electronic gift card from one of the available retailers, (2) a $25 payment via PayPal, (3) an upgraded premium reward, or (4) a substitute reward of equal or greater value. Gift cards or substitute rewards have varying fulfillment times, which are detailed on the reward selection page. Using our example, materials a customer sends to Retail Rebate Reward in November will be reviewed in December, and notification emails will be sent out for valid November submissions during January.  To view our Date Expected Calculator please click here.

2. What is Retail Rebate Reward? How Does This Work? 
Retail Rebate Reward is a rewards administration website. The Retail Rebate Reward certificate or electronic PIN you have received qualifies you for a free and voluntary monthly retail rebate reward program up to the reward value indicated on your certificate or electronic PIN.
Once you redeem your reward code, you will need to print out your welcome letter and monthly savings vouchers, which begin in the month following your redemption month. For each month you send in $100 or more (before taxes and after coupons are applied) in original receipts for qualified purchases from an approved store, along with the voucher from that month, you will earn a $25 gift card.

You are eligible to repeat this in consecutive months until you've reached the full value of your reward. For example, if you received a $100 Retail Rebate Reward code, you're eligible to send in your receipts and vouchers for four months, and eligible to receive a $25 gift card or reward upgrade each of those four months, up to a full value of $100. Additional terms and rules do apply, and action is required to claim your reward.. 3. This Is Not What I Expected / What I Was Told I Would Get 
We're sorry to hear that. We work very hard to make this program a great program for everyone who receives a Retail Rebate Reward certificate or PIN and are committed to making sure you get the full value of your reward. It's important to us that you understand this program, who we are, what we do, and what we are responsible for.

  • Retail Rebate Reward did not give you your Retail Rebate Reward certificate or PIN you received.
  • Retail Rebate Reward did not promise you anything about your reward (i.e. we did not tell you that you would receive a "$100 VISA gift card", or a "$100 WalMart card"). If someone told you that, please do alert us, as that is incorrect.
  • Retail Rebate Reward does not do any sales of any kind. Retail Rebate Reward never called you. 
  • Retail Rebate Reward never sold you anything.
  • Retail Rebate Reward never charged or billed you anything. 
  • Retail Rebate Reward never promised you any reward. 
  • Retail Rebate Reward never told you about any amount of money you would receive. 


Retail Rebate Reward is simply an online retail rebate program that many businesses use to promote their programs.  Often businesses give Retail Rebate Reward rewards away with other sales.  Someone from one of those businesses may have called you, may have charged you, and may have told you that you would receive something, but it was not anyone from Retail Rebate Reward.  So, if you have a complaint that what you thought you were getting is not what you believe you got, then you should contact the people who gave you the Retail Rebate Reward certificate or PIN to begin with. They are responsible for what they said to you. That all said, your reward is a great reward that will help you save money - and we'd be delighted to help you do so.



4. What Purchases Do Not Count Towards My Total?
Retail Rebate Reward is a retail rebate reward program. Unfortunately, that means we do not accept receipts for groceries, alcohol, cigarettes/tobacco, prescriptions, phone minutes, gasoline/fuel, gift cards, cash back, money orders, services, licenses, service plans, extended warranties, and online purchases You can submit receipts that include these items on them, however, they will not be counted towards your total.

5. What Counts as "Groceries"?
For the Retail Rebate Reward, prohibited "grocery items" are any food or beverage items. You can check your receipt(s) for items classified as food, as most retailers will designate them. Retail Rebate Reward follows the designations of the retailers as indicated on your receipts. For example, Walmart puts an "F" next to food purchases.

6. Are Receipts from Sam's Club Accepted?
No. Receipts from Sam's Club are not accepted.

7. Did You Receive My Submission?
Unfortunately, because of the thousands of submissions we receive each month, we are unable to respond to individual customer inquiries asking us if we've received their materials. If you would like to confirm receipt of your materials, we recommend you use a delivery confirmation/package tracking service for the materials you send to Retail Rebate Reward. If your materials were received and were invalid, you will receive an email from our Operations and Fulfillment Team indicating why. If your materials were received and were marked as valid, then we will send you a notification email which will include a link you can use to choose your gift card or reward upgrade.

9. Do My Receipts Dates and Voucher Dates Have to Match?
Yes. Many people ask us if they can send receipts from one month with a voucher for a different month, or if they miss a month, if they can just extend their vouchers for more months. Unfortunately that is not how the program works. You must send in your receipts from a particular month along with the voucher that matches that month. Your receipts must have dates printed on them, and must be original receipts.

10. Why Does My Voucher Start Next Month?/ I Want to Start the Program Now
Many people register their reward code and want to begin saving immediately. However, in the interests of our customers, our program is set up to automatically trigger the vouchers that customers print to begin in the month following the month in which they redeem. We do this so customers have a full month with each voucher in which to save their receipts. (Because, for people who redeem mid-month or late in the month, they would not have the same amount of time to save receipts if their first voucher that we sent them was for the current month). These are automatic settings and program rules and, unfortunately, cannot be adjusted. You must send in your receipts from a particular month along with the voucher that matches that month. Your receipts must have dates printed on them, and must be original receipts.

11. I Want to Cancel/Stop Billing Me
If you are looking to cancel something, to get a refund, or to inquire about billing, then you are contacting the wrong company. Please remember, Retail Rebate Reward did not sell you anything or even give you your Retail Rebate Reward certificate or PIN. Retail Rebate Reward had nothing to do with giving you the Retail Rebate Reward certificate or PIN you received. Retail Rebate Reward does not do any sales. Retail Rebate Reward never called you. Retail Rebate Reward never sold you anything. Retail Rebate Reward never charged or billed you anything. Retail Rebate Reward never promised you any reward. Retail Rebate Reward is simply an online retail rebate program that many businesses use to promote their programs. So, if you are dissatisfied with something you may have purchased, or have a complaint, or want to cancel, or want a refund, then you must contact the people who sold you whatever it is you want to cancel, or billed you whatever it is you want to get refunded. That is not Retail Rebate Reward.

12. Can You Print My Vouchers For Me and Mail Them to Me? / I Can't Print
Unfortunately, Retail Rebate Reward cannot print your vouchers for you and mail them to you. Retail Rebate Reward is an online retail rebate reward program. Customers are responsible to print their own vouchers. That is why we recommend that, when you register your code, you choose the "Email Me My Vouchers" option, so that you can conveniently print your vouchers from your own printer, or, if you do not have a printer, you can print them at work, on a neighbor's printer, on a family customer or friend's printer, or at a public institution, like a library.

13. How do I Redeem my Retail Rebate Reward PIN or Certificate?

14. Can Someone Call Me?
Unfortunately, no. Retail Rebate Reward provides only online customer service. Feel free to visit the Contact Us page to submit an online ticket or to ask a question.  Our online customer support team will respond to you and make sure your question is addressed promptly, courteously, and professionally and make sure your question is addressed.

16. Why Do I Have to Spend Money to Get My Gift?
The Retail Rebate Reward program is free, and fully voluntary. Retail Rebate Reward is an online retail rebate program. That means that you get a reward for money that you spend (i.e. if you received a $100 Retail Rebate Reward certificate, you get the opportunity to earn a $25 gift card or substitute reward for each $100 (before taxes) in submitted receipts for up to four consecutive months, meaning you would earn a total of $100 from Retail Rebate Reward. If you follow the program rules, you have the ability to earn and receive the full value of the reward you were given.

17. Can I Redeem my Retail Rebate Reward PIN or Certificate for Online Purchases?
No. Your Retail Rebate Reward, and the receipts you collect, are only for shopping at our approved retailers' physical store locations. We do not accept or process online purchases or online purchase receipts.

18. Can I Just Take My Reward Certificate to a Store to Redeem It?
Unfortunately no, there's a redemption process in place where you must complete your registration on our website.  Then you would shop at the store of your choice and collect your receipts.  You send those receipts in to Retail Rebate Reward, and earn a $25 gift card or optional reward upgrade for each month you do that, up to the full value of your reward. 19. What is the Customer Experience Like?
We try very hard to make sure our customer's experience is a great experience, each and every time. We've provided clear instructions on redemption, along with resources to help you understand the program and get the most of out it. If you've got a question, we're glad to answer it. 20. Where Do I Find My Reward Code?
Your reward code is found on the back of a printed certificate, or a digital PIN may have been emailed to you containing this code.  This code will always begin with “RRR”.

21. What if My Code Doesn't Work?
Most times, it's just because it's not getting typed correctly. Double check that you're on the right page. You should be on this page. Then double check to make sure you're typing in the correct reward code. If you've checked both of those, and are still receiving an error, then click here to Contact Customer Support.

22. Are My Transactions Secure?
We’ll never ask you to provide your credit card number.  So there’s no collecting of financial information or billing involved. We to take steps to secure the data you do provide us.  For our Privacy Policy, click here.

23. Why Do I Have to Send Original Receipts?/ Can I Send Receipt Copies? 
Our program rules require original receipts. Unfortunately, because of fraud, we do not accept receipt copies under any circumstances. Your original receipts must clearly show (1) The name of the store from which you purchased, (2) what you purchased, (3) the date of purchase, and (4) the total and sub-total of your purchase. If any of these are unclear, your receipts will be rejected. If you would like us to return your original receipts after they have been reviewed and processed, please send Retail Rebate Reward a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your submission, along with a letter requesting return of your receipts. This letter and the self-addressed, stamped envelope must be sent with your receipts, not separately.

24. Is There a Limit on the Total Number of Redemptions I Can Make?
Yes. The amount of your Retail Rebate Reward code determines how many months you can collect receipts and receive your $25 Reward Gift Cards or substitute rewards. For example, if you got a $100 Retail Rebate Reward PIN, you can redeem that for four consecutive months, with the opportunity to earn up to four $25 gift cards or optional reward upgrades each, up to your total value of $100.

26. When Do the Retail Rebate Reward Codes Expire?
Retail Rebate REward PINs certificates do not expire. However, please note that once you've redeemed your Retail Rebate Reward PIN or Certificate, you must begin collecting your receipts and sending them in consecutive months, which is detailed on each voucher.

27. My Retail Rebate Reward PIN or Certificate Code is not Working...
