How it Works

We want to make sure your experience with Retail Rebate Reward is a successful and satisfying one. Here's how the program works:

Retail Rebate Reward is an online retail rebate rewards program. The reward code you received qualifies you to participate in the program to earn rewards up to the full value indicated on your certificate. Once you register your reward code, you will need to print out your welcome letter and monthly savings vouchers, which begin in the month following your redemption month. For each month that you send in $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts) in original receipts for qualified items from an approved store, along with the savings voucher from that month, you will earn a $25 gift card or an optional reward upgrade of equal or greater value. You are eligible to repeat this in consecutive months until you've reached the full value of your reward. For example, if you received a $100 Retail Rebate Reward, you're eligible to send in your receipts and vouchers for four months and earn upt o four $25 gift cards, up to a $100 value.     STEP ONE: REGISTER YOUR REWARD
   
 
Your first step is to register your reward. You can only do that on the Retail Rebate Reward website. Just locate your reward code, which begins with "RRR" and enter it along with the other information requested on our online registration page.

NOTE: Your reward may be redeemed only once, and only by you. Retail Rebate Reward tracks redemption activity for all Redemption Codes and all users. Multiple redemptions or giving or selling a Redemption Code to someone else will result in immediate de-activation of the code.
 
If you were not given a reward code, or lost your reward code, you'll need to contact the business that gave you your code. That is not Retail Rebate Reward. Retail Rebate Reward is merely a rewards administration website.
 
If you receive an error during the registration process, please re-check your code. Most times, it's simply a typing error.
   
Your Retail Rebate Reward Code is not cash, it is not a gift certificate, it is not transferable, and it may not be used in any physical store or online. It is only redeemable on this website.

Do Groceries, Gasoline, Gift Cards, Phone Minutes, Money Orders, Cash Back, or Prescriptions Count? No. Retail Rebate Reward is a retail rebate reward program. Unfortunately, that means we do not accept receipts for groceries, gift cards, cash back, phone minutes, money orders, alcohol, gasoline, or prescriptions. You can submit receipts that include these items on them, however, they will not be counted towards your total.
     
    STEP TWO: PRINT REDEMPTION VOUCHERS
 
 
When you complete your online registration, Retail Rebate Reward will email you your welcome letter and your savings vouchers, which you will need to print.
 
Printed Voucher

NOTE: Your vouchers will begin the month following your registration. Here's why: We do this so members have a full month with each voucher in which to save their receipts. (Because, for people who redeem mid-month or late in the month, they would not have the same amount of time to save receipts if their first voucher that we sent them was for the current month). These are automatic settings and program rules and, unfortunately, cannot be adjusted.

Members are responsible to print their own vouchers. Printing instructions and printing troubleshooting tools are available to you through this website. Retail Rebate Reward cannot print your materials for you and send them to you. If you do not have a printer, we suggest you use the printer of a neighbor, friend, or family member, or one that is publicly available, at a library for example.

Can Someone Call Me?
Retail Rebate Reward provides only online customer service. Feel free to visit the Contact Us page to submit an online ticket or to ask a question. 

Can I Just Take My Reward Certificate to a Store to Redeem It? Unfortunately no, there's a redemption process in place where you must complete your registration on our website.  Then you would shop at the store of your choice and collect your receipts.  You send those receipts in to Retail Rebate Reward, and you earn a $25 gift card for each month you do that, up to the full value of your reward.
     
    STEP THREE: COLLECT YOUR RECEIPTS
   
 
Once the month of your first voucher has begun, you're ready to collect receipts. Here's a handy checklist to keep in mind when collecting your receipts:

Your receipts must be from an approved store. Click here for a full list of stores.
Your receipts must total $100 or more (before taxes and after any coupons or discounts are applied).
Because this is a retail rebate program, excluded items will not be counted towards your total . Excluded items are groceries, alcohol, cigarettes/tobacco, prescriptions, phone minutes, fuel, gift cards, cash back, money orders, services, licenses, service plans, extended warranties, & online purchases (NOTE: Your receipts can include these items, but they will not be counted towards your total). 
Because this is a retail rebate program, the purchases for which you submit receipts to Retail Rebate Reward must be paid for in cash, with a check, with a debit card, or with a credit card. Your purchases cannot be paid for with a gift card, store credit, food stamps, EBT, or layaway. 
Your receipts must be originals. They must include the name of the store. They must be dated.  They must clearly show what was purchased and what was paid.  They must show the method of payment.
 
 
Many people ask us if they can send in receipts from different approved stores in the same month. For example, they ask if they can send in a receipt from Target and a receipt for WalMart in the same month. No, all of your receipts from a particular month must be from the same store. You can change stores from month to month. For example, all of your receipts in a particular month can be from Target. Then, all your receipts for the next month can be from WalMart.  

Remember, Retail Rebate Reward is a free, voluntary program. These are the rules of participation. If you feel these rules are too restrictive, you simply can opt not to send any materials in.

What Counts as "Groceries"?
For the Retail Rebate Reward, prohibited "grocery items" are any food or beverage items. 
   
Are Receipts from Sam's Club Accepted? No. Receipts from Sam's Club are not accepted.
     
    STEP FOUR: SEND IN YOUR RECEIPTS & SAVE!
   
 
Once you have collected your qualified receipts, you're ready to send them in. Make sure to review the checklist:  

   
  TOTAL: The total of your receipts is $100 or more (before taxes and after coupons are applied).  
  MONTH MATCH: All your receipts are from the same month and the month on all your receipts matches the month of your voucher.

  EXCLUSIONS: You understand that any receipts for groceries, alcohol, cigarettes/tobacco, prescriptions, phone minutes, fuel, gift cards, cash back, money orders, services, licenses, service plans, extended warranties, & online purchases  do not count towards your total.  
       
  ORIGINALS: You are submitting original receipts only.  
       
  POSTMARK: You are sending in your original receipts and voucher on or before the last day of the month of your receipts and your voucher. So, for example, if you are submitting November receipts and a November voucher, your materials must be postmarked anytime in November, and in all cases, no later than November 30th.

Can I Send in Receipts From Online Purchases? No. Your Retail Rebate Reward reward, and the receipts you collect, are only for shopping at our approved retailers' physical store locations. We do not accept, count, or process online purchases or online purchase receipts.
   
Do my Receipts Dates and Voucher Dates Have to Match? Yes. Many people ask us if they can send receipts from one month with a voucher for a different month, or if they miss a month, if they can just extend their vouchers for more months. Unfortunately that is not how the program works. You must send in your receipts from a particular month along with the voucher that matches that month. Your receipts must have dates printed on them, and must be original receipts.
   
Is an Electronic PIN Just as Good as Printed Certificate? Yes. Both contain the reward code you'll need to redeem your reward.
     
    STEP FIVE: WE THEN PROCESS YOUR VOUCHER AND SEND OUT YOUR GIFT CARD OR SUBSTITUTE REWARD
   
 
The next thing you have to do is wait a little while. We collect submissions from members all over the country, process them, validate them, and then send out gift cards to qualified submissions.
 
  HOW IT WORKS
1. Members collect receipts

2. Members send receipts

3. Retail Rebate Reward processes submissions

4. Retail Rebate Reward marks valid/invalid

5. Retail Rebate Reward notice of valid and invalid submission


6. Submitters of valid materials select their gift card or optional reward upgrade.
 
GIFT CARD PROCESSING & SHIPMENT
Here's how the timing works. Your submission will be processed in the month after you submit it. Then, gift cards for successful submissions are sent the following month, with delivery on or before the end of that month. So, for example, if you submit receipts and a voucher for November, your submission will be processed in December. Gift cards or substitute rewards for successful November submissions, which are processed in December, are then sent out to arrive by the end of January. If your submission was invalid, our operations and fulfillment team will send you an email indicating why. What if My Code Doesn't Work?
Most times, it's just because it's not getting typed correctly. Double check that you're on the right page. You should be on this page. Then double check to make sure you're typing in the correct reward code. If you've checked both of those, and are still receiving an error, then click here to Contact Member Support.
   
When Do the Retail Rebate Reward PINs or Certificates Expire?
They do not expire.  However, once you’ve redeemed your reward code, you must begin collecting your receipts and sending them in in consecutive months, which is detailed on each voucher.
